April 2026 Golden Headset Award Winner

“Phillip has been a dispatcher at our center for just under 1 year, and in that time, he has made a significant and positive impact. He brings a light to our center, not only for our employees but also for the first responders we serve. Phillip is always lending a helping hand, no matter the situation or who needs assistance. He has shown exceptional commitment to his training and continues to grow into the best Telecommunicator he can be. He is reliable, hardworking, and a Telecommunications specialist we can trust with other people’s lives. I believe he deserves this award for all of his hard work, willingness to help, and his contributions to help our center grow.”
