Caliber Public Safety Releases CAD NG 10.5

Preview New Features at the 2017 NENA Conference in San Antonio TX – Booth #327

Caliber Public Safety’s (Caliber) Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) Next Generation (NG) is designed to enable dispatchers, responders and commanders to collaborate in real-time, across agency, discipline, and location boundaries. Release 10.5 for CAD NG focuses on continuous enhancement for overall CAD performance and maximizing location processing functions, greatly reducing responder time, all which are a critical part of the call taking process.

Caliber’s CAD 10.5 release takes advantage of new performant web technologies that allow for rendering in all of today’s modern Internet browsers. The end user will enjoy tighter integration with seamless call information flowing from CAD NG and Mobile to Caliber’s Online RMS, increasing efficiency and reducing data errors.

Mark Mancuso, VP of Research and Development for Caliber Public Safety, notes, “Caliber Public Safety’s CAD team spends many hours working closely with our clients, in the field as well as in user groups and online forums, to understand what is important to perform the critical work they do on a daily basis. The 10.5 release reflects the feedback and dedication from clients, and shows our commitment to providing a reliable, integrated public safety solution.”

Caliber is committed to supporting our legacy products for as long as clients rely on them.
