CALNENA Mission Critical Training Event

February 27, 2017 - March 2, 2017

Are you scrambling for pen and paper if you lose connection to your CAD server?

When a disaster or emergency strikes, officials need to react immediately. You need mission critical data, and you need it fast. But what happens when the dispatch center servers go down?

Typically, the immediate reaction is to scramble for “the kit” — the cart filled with pencil and paper — reverting back to a manual system to mobilize emergency services. Not only is that time-consuming on the front end, it’s time-consuming on the back end when “CAD catch-up” is required to enter all that data into the system once connection is restored.

Caliber CAD enables you to JUST KEEP WORKING if you lose connectivity to the server. When the emergency has passed, the records created during the outage automatically update when the connection is restored — the workstations and server synchronize automatically. No special action is needed and the focus on saving lives and property continues, uninterrupted.

We invite you to stop by our booth to meet Deidre Chaney, who can show you all the ways Caliber Public Safety’s software solutions can put your mind at ease in times of crisis. Our full product suite includes CAD, RMS, Mobile, JMS and NIBRS State Repository.
