“We like Caliber University a lot! Having access to the training videos has allowed us to fit extra training into our days. The lessons are relatively short so you don’t need to wait until you have a certain amount of free time to watch them and we like that we can pause the videos, for example, if Dispatch has a lull or they just need to remember how to do something they can get on Caliber University and get a quick refresher. But if a call comes in they can easily hit pause on the training and go back to it later. We encourage all our staff to use their downtime to improve their skills and Caliber university gives us a tool to do just that.”
