Supporting that mission are Captain John Merck, Lieutenant Dylan Morgan, K-9 Officer William Hall, the department’s sworn officers, and South Carolina State Constables. Together, they work each day to respond to emergencies, investigate incidents, enforce the law fairly.

Designed with NIBRS compliance in mind, OnlineRMS validates report entries as they are completed. This helps their agency reduce errors and produce compliant reports. The system also supports incident reporting, crash reports, arrests, citations, evidence and property management, case management, and digital media, bringing critical records together in one centralized platform.
Caliber Online RMS is built to work alongside the tools agencies already rely on. It connects with computer-aided dispatch (CAD), mobile applications, GIS mapping, JailTracker, body-worn cameras, and dozens of other interfaces, reducing duplicate data entry. Information entered during dispatch can automatically populate records, helping officers complete reports faster and spend more time focused on serving their communities.
With secure cloud technology, built-in reporting workflows, and access to InterDEx for nationwide information sharing across hundreds of participating agencies, OnlineRMS gives departments the tools they need to improve collaboration.
